So, I tried dog toys which didn't work for me. I recently bit two holes in the pacifier. I tried gum but doesn't work for me. Yesterday I tried those rubber circle things thing go on the end's of ear buds. But I end up biting bits and pieces off and have to spit them out. Never ending search :(

I looked at the website that was recommended to me on here. I don't think those chewable toys will work for me as I don't like chewing on hard things. That's why I like pacifiers but I guess that doesn't work for me either now. Sigh.

If your meaning the stimtastic website, I have the shark necklace from there and it's not hard plastic, it's squishy. I think like a pacifier but much thicker so more durable.

A tip for making pacifiers work for you...Double up the nipples by removing a larger one from a +36 month paci and placing it over the smaller nipple on a 6month one. The two layers take a really long time to bite through.

The finished product should look something like...

I don't see the shark necklace on there...I only see hand held chewables.

The shark is down the bottom of there, there's lots of ones on necklaces on that page. I'm pretty sure they're all silicone so should all be a bit squishy.

Link to the tumblr for that site. It has a few reviews and a few people have asked questions about the chew toys that maybe helpful to you. The ones for lighter chewers should be softer than those designed for heavy chewers. I think it depends have soft you want.

Yes, the Stimtastic chewables do vary in terms of "hardness." Smaller chewables like the trapezoid and cloud pendant tend to be for "light chewing."

The droplet pendant, the star pendant, and the block necklace on Stimtastic are also recommended for light chewing, as well...there also used to be a "footprints" pendant that had "toe parts" there were malleable and good for chewing, but I think it sold out some time ago.

Hope this helps. It took me a while to find chewable items that worked well for me, too.
