Not without my medicine, I don't! Without my sleeping pills, I don't sleep well at all. Never have, really....

I have a regular sleep schedule, but I've had brief bouts of insomnia. Usually, it doesn't last long and a regular OTC sleeping pill is enough on those nights.

I think I have a regular sleep schedule. I go to bed at 9:45 pm most nights. Sometimes I have insomnia and can't fall asleep until about 1 in the morning. When I get up varies, but it's usually around 9 am, earlier on school and church days.

it's kind of erratic, sometimes i'll be up all night and sleep all day, other times it's the opposite. or i'll just stay up for two days in a row and not sleep at all. whenever i'm really absorbed in something i'm doing i don't want to have to stop in order to sleep. not having a regular sleeping pattern probably makes my mental state worse but whatever

I have this weird thing where I feel tired for the vast majority of the day, and then during the evening hours I get a sudden energy boost and it's kind of annoying. Oftentimes I don't fall asleep until 12-2 AM regardless of when I woke up that morning and my sleep is often restless since I find myself tossing and turning a lot during the night. In the morning I always wake up feeling very tired and not feeling like getting up, but I have to, and then I'm tired most the day as it takes me several hours to fully awaken. And the cycle repeats. :P

While in school and uni I got far too little sleep, probably 4 hours per night on average.
Now I get 7-9 hours, in erratic patterns but often from 8am to 4pm.
IMO this is all due to technology addiction. Without the glaring screen I bet I'd actually get tired in the evening.
