I usually cry when I feel angry, frustrated, overwhelmed or sad. I rarely do it around others though. If I do I try to find a place I can do it in private. Unfortunately, people can tell that I cried and some ask me what's wrong when I usually just want to be left alone, especially when I'm doing it because I'm angry or frustrated about something.

Yeah, I think it's better to cry because it's really not healthy to bottle up emotions. I think I would be a nervous wreck most of the time if I didn't cry.

I sometimes cry, but not because of sadness, but because of extreme happiness!

Never anymore, I only cry at music now, which is good. I did abit when I had breakdown a couple of years ago but I honestly thought I was going to die.

Music. I'd forgotten about that. Thank you, Cottnsick. Certain voices & instruments make me get choked up or outright start crying. Mark Isham's trumpet, the opening to Firefly, and certain songs sung by P!nk or Sarah McLachlan. With the latter two, there are certain 'impure' notes (sorry I don't know the correct music terminology) they make that viscerally affect me and the tears just well up.

You mean some minor chords/notes (sad notes)?? I'm like that.

I've just been tearing up at this today :P

I cry a lot, because usually everything I read or watch makes me cry at some point. ;w;
Plus the occasional breakdown.

How often these days? Let's see...
Sure, there are many things that made me sad, but not enough (or too much) for me to cry on.

Last time meltdown didn't involved any crying and hardly happening these days...
Last time shutdown does which is over a year ago so...

I nearly cried today when I saw a dead squirrel. :cry: The problem is, it's still lying there every day when I walk to and from school, but I don't know what to do.
