I cried at the end of watching Toy Story 3 a few weeks ago, and I'm a 31 year old man.

When I was walking through the forest today, I was starting to shed tears because it was so peaceful and serene. So yeah, my emotions tend to get a bit strong.

But I also have dry spells where I feel nothing toward anyone or anything, like a rob0t, almost. I really hate those times. :(

You sound like an amazing person. I would love to meet you.

I have a strong feeling of fury rather than being angry. That's something that's a bit bothering.
But I have problems with describing my feelings. I just can't delineate them properly.

I used to struggle with describing my feelings but I have learned to be able to do it successfully now. It just takes learning how to be aware of the different feelings your feeling and why they are happening- where they are coming from. It takes a little bit if practice. Once you obtain this gift, it is very helpful. You can learn how to stop these feelings or redirect them into something more positive and learn how to live a more pleasurable life.

My emotions are often intense and I struggle with emotion regulation. I also have BPD.

my psychologist said my emotions are TOO powerful. i cant go to school anymore because everytime i do i have panic attacks because i empathize with the character from Perks Of Being A Wallflower too much. cant watch the movie, read the book, or do anything to do that reminds me of the book. just writting about it is making me panic. however i did desensitize myself to the movie soundtrack (that soundtrack is bitching)
