Is the problem that you don't know your larger direction in life?
Like you know that you enjoy solving problems and analytical thinking, but you don't feel connected to a specific path for future?
Do you tend to overanalyze your thoughts and feelings in general?
Too much ruminating can disconnect people from the world outside themselves, I think.
