Special Interest's V NT's?
Thanks for your response seaweed, yes i find it entirely different from a standard focus so to speak.. When I am engrossed in my online interests there is another form of focus different from what i would normally experiance when doin g things that dont excite ,e, but i also found in my sporting days there was a 3rd form of focus, which is hard to explain, but to me time really did slow down, people would often tell my parents i would make a good fighter pilot, as my responses and senses of for instance where the rugby ball would be, would be way ahead of everyone else... take me away from a sport and for me to walk down the street i am tripping over my own feet and veering off to the right ( its always the right side for some reason!)haha
haha yes when I have a specific/meticulous/obsessive focus, the activity becomes isolated from real time because everything else becomes out of focus, and everything else is how I gauge external space and time. it makes sense that my internal time gets warped.
and also your situational awareness when you're playing rugby vs when you're walking on the sidewalk is so relatable
