It doesn't really matter if he has Asperger's or not. Ken has to work on attaining his independence by breaking away from his mother. Until he does this, your relationship will not work.
He seems like he might have some Aspergian traits....and maybe traits from other psychological conditions.
Until such time as he takes that giant (for Ken) step, nothing will progress. You both will be stuck.
