I don't look a day over 20 and get carded all the time :P Seriously though I have heard enough about this to believe there's something to it. But I think when someone gets into their 50's it starts to wear off. You would think with all we deal with, we would all look older than we are. Sometimes feel like I should already have grey hair by now.

I looked about 12 when I was 16, then I looked about 15 until my mid-twenties. Then I looked college-aged up until now, at least according to a large number of people. I happen to disagree.

Even as a kid I was thought to be younger than I actually was by a couple of years. I used to get so insulted. In high school kids would say "You know, you look like you're twelve." They were right.

I look younger than my age. Most people pick me as being in my late 20s. It's a combination of looking physically younger - slim figure, young-looking skin with comparatively few wrinkles and no grey hairs - but also, I suspect, behavioural. I think I probably come across as younger due to certain mannerisms and delayed development in areas such as social skills and self-confidence.

I'll enjoy it while it lasts. :-)

What is the texture of the fabric you used? Is it similar to the way Sonic's hair/spikes are supposed to be?

No i just simply took two blue cotton hoodies, cut one up, hand sewed them into sonic quill shapes and the rest is history.

i wish i couldv'e done his actual texture, its like a bunch of smaller quills formed together to make the large 6 spines. from a far his quills look smooth but if you zoom in on his 3d models you can see the details.

I wonder if there's a way to recreate that with fabric. If not, it would be interesting to make a sculpture with the detailed textures.

Maybe a fabric with long fur, then some sort of permanent fabric glue to mold the fur into the proper texture. It would be a cool project. I used to like to make costumes and sew.

People always told me I have a baby face (although, if they seen me lately, they'd change their minds.)

I'm always guessed at being a teenager. I'm ... Yeah, not a teenager at all.
But I think people equate being small and slight with being young, plus I have soft features and big eyes, which doesn't help. I don't mind though, I quite like looking like a child.
