I'm an Environemntal Science student - I try to be green where possible :)
My housemates already insist on a media server and all there PC's on 24/7
I also used WinME for too long, so I don't like hibernate as it caused BDOS all the time.

I don't have a daily schedule... honestly, my parents are more routined than me and they don't have AS. 8O Although I do have routines for things other people would call weird such as eating smarties and running around.

Hibernate is the GREENEST mode possible!! !! !! !

NORMAL---- FULL POWER
STANDBY -- VERY LOW POWER
HIBERNATE -- NO POWER, and comes up QUICKLY, conserving power!
SHUTDOWN -- NO POWER, and requires a full reboot!

So HIBERNATE actually uses less power than just turning your computer off!

I don't have much of a schedule these days...I have got into a bad habit of sleeping at odd times, eating at odd times, and the only real stable is that each day I will spend most of my time on the net...will go out to the local store at around 6.30pm and come back at around 8pm...and will listen to music and sing for most of the duration I am awake. Oh, and I eat the same things every day, that is a stable.

I don't have a fixed schedule. I think it is something to do with ADD.

Nowadays it does roughly follow this

9-10am wake up
shower
(maybe breakfast)
computer/programming/distractions/WP
(maybe have lunch some time between 2-5pm if I remember)
Neighbours and News
computer/programming/distractions/WP
super
computer/programming/distractions/sometimes tv though not that often nowadays
pacing for a 1-2 hours before I god to bed @ 12pm-3pm

I pace a lot during the day but the pacing at night is more prominent and is with random thoughts. This is the general ‘schedule’ though I wouldn't really call it that.. I’d miss anything if I wanted to do one of my obsessions stay up through the night. I can do this every day ‘schedule’ till my friends want to go out. I'm not very good at organising things so I don't do that very often I don't know how the put up with me lol.

Get up
Check online boards, image sharing sites, e-mail and so on
Run a bath
Have said bath
Get dressed
Have some breakfast
Go out shopping for a while
Come home
Have lunch
Go out for a walk for about half an hour or so
Go on the Internet for a short while
Walk down to the pub for an hour or two at weekends
Come home
Have tea and dessert
Go back on the Internet again (or fall asleep)
Watch a bit of TV
Falll asleep about 1am

That's what my schedule often looks like.
