I have various food intolerances, I'd love to know how to get rid of them! Plus the smell of white spirit makes me feel really dizzy and ill.

Shellfish

Biting and stinging insects - what makes it worse is they love my blood!
Possible slightly exasperated histamine reaction to stinging nettles too...

I think it is highly likely I have an overactive histamine response which causes the swelling from mosquitoes etc...

Pollen - hayfever & occasional hives.
Sulfates in wine - hives & asthma.
Cats - eye allergies that I tolerate because allergies are worth having to have a cat around.
Penicillin, Keflex, Septra - hives.
Bees - anaphylaxis.

each year I notice more pronounced reactions to
mold spores(especially hot humid summers)
as well as hay fever, rag weed, pollens, etc. in late spring and early autumn
lots of sinus issues

I really suspect coffee and chocolate(sneezing, slightly blurry vision, scatterbrain)
and possibly a few other food/drink allergens I haven't yet been able to pinpoint
but there are times I "need" a bit of coffee and will suffer for it's comforts

probably cats and cigarette smoke too
though my wife is a devoted indoor smoker
and our dear cats are definitely here to stay
;their friendship and love is worth all.

when I had insurance I considered being properly tested but my doctors said, though it might help me somewhat, pinpointing less-harmful allergens in daily life can be a "moving target",with many allergens coming and going and inter-relating.

I have allergies all year round. Dust, grass, dried leaves, pollen. Something for every season. I also think I have some kind of food allergy to something, but I haven't worked out what it is yet. I'm considering getting an allergy test.

Oh, also when my hands are really dry and I put hand lotion on (doesn't matter what type, even just hypoallergenic ointments), I get this bumpy, red, itchy rash that lasts for days. Guess it's contact dermatitis. It's like my skin just gets fed up and decides to react to everything.

I have sinus allergies year-round if I'm not taking my allergy medicine. I think it's dust and/or pollen. As long as I take my medicine, I'm usually alright for the most part.
I don't think I have any food or skin allergies.

* Some medicine with sodium, Flanax, Keflex and others, they cause me eye allergies

* Strawberies cause me hard eye allergies, asthma, breathing problems, . . .

* Dust and pollen cause me eye and skin allergies.

I just got back from my first ever round of skin prick testing. My back was a freakin' minefield! I got "4" on a lot of grasses, trees and molds.

Sophist, have you heard of eosinophilia? My son was allergic to the proteins in my breastmilk. PM me, please.

I have a huge dust allergy, I get hayfever in the middle of summer and apparently I'm slightly allergic to just about everything else, e.g. dogs and cats, but I haven't noticed anything.

I have a cold all of the time and sometimes get sinus infections.

My life is great. :-)

I never had allergies I though. Now i seem to have developed a dust allergy. I guess it is my fault for not being on top of this. I just get overwhelmed and live in mess.

I am an immunomess too. . .

I seem to have the autistic common allergies to glutein and casien. I am a veggie and would have trouble avoiding and so take enzymes. They seem to aid in my IBS.

I am allergic to kitties - a shame because I like them. I am allergic to almost everything outside - a shame because I love the forest. Constant year round nose run and asthma.

Allergic to bananas - a shane because I like fried plantains with my beans and rice.

I also have RA,and have an undiagnosed neurological probably autoimmune in basis.

I have been anaphylactic twice with no clear idea of what or why.

I will pronanly die some day. lol

I have hardcore allergies, especially when i'm excited or anxious, for some reason the inreased stimulation of my nervous system seems to potentiate my allergies. It is especially bad during class lectures.
