Handwriting, does the pen make a difference?

Yes. Try a uniball Jetstream or 207, or 307. The Jetstream is the nicest pen I've found. Have to look in office supply stores to find them usually. Costs about 10 dollars for a 3 pack. But writes much nicer than a cheap bic. The pens have quick drying ink so they won't smudge. I'm left handed. So that's a big plus for me.

It makes a really big difference for me.

I use this pen to write, and it makes my handwriting almost readable and thankfully readable enough to my professors.

I like pencil best, because I need a little resistance from the material. With a rollerball everything seems to skate away, so a hard fiberpens work better for me.

My handwriting is very good many people compliement on it saying it is nice. But the thing is a write very very slowly.

Papermate allows me to make my handwriting somewhat legible. Pencils write incredibly slow, uniballs just make a mess as they smear ink all over the place, and Bic pens suck because they rarely work.
