"Forgive" can be VERY loaded if ineptly deployed in a sentence.

If I were to say "Kraftie...I forgive you for making that post in this thread" that would imply that you had done something to be forgiven for (ie that you had committed some kind of crime by posting it). You would probably be pissed off!

Thats the problem. We cant give him a "list" of loaded words, because "loadedness" depends upon the context.

The bottom line: We have to stop being so sensitive to every little thing, every little nuance.

Otherwise, we'll become an "offended" culture.

"Offended" cultures are ripe to be conquered by other cultures.

Part of being a conqueror is being able to know yourself and laugh at yourself.
