Haven't watched the video yet, so just commenting on comments.

The only thing that makes me doubt if she's Aspie, is being popular in middle school.

That being said, it IS possible for an aspie to be popular in middle school, though that would either have to be a pretty peculiar middle school or a pretty peculiar aspie. Much easier for an aspie to be popular in elementary school or even highschool. Also, in my personal experience, autistic girls tend to put more effort into their appearance after middle school than during.

Heather Kizmich who competed on the America's top model show is an Aspie, as is The AnMish an Aspie Vlogger who modeled for a time.

Carly Fleishmen a much more "severe" autistic had advocated for an autisic person gracing the cover of a beauty magazine, Kiley Lyall is an autistic person who was the cover person for Women's Running Magazine earlier this year.

Daryl Hannah a well known autistic actress has the beauty thing together

The above is not saying that executive functioning deficits, autistic related stress, sensory sensitivities to certain clothing is not going to hamper or prevent a lot of autistic people from looking as good as they can. Videos are often a preformence, the person might be able to get it together just for the videos before needing a few days downtime. What I am saying is do not stereotype or as the cliche goes do not judge a book by it's cover.

Kiley Lyall is pretty visibly odd though, so is Carly Fleishmen. Other famous female autistic models include Alexis Wineman (Miss Montana) and Sophie Russell (got famous after being physically assaulted and become a model after even with facial damage people discovered she was very attractive).

I don't get where you are getting that impression, most people in this thread sided with you, especially initially. Seems you are just picking up on that because this time people are disagreeing with you.

Honestly, if someone posts something like "hey, does this person seem aspie-ish?"
And they get a bunch of opinion replies. Like... okay- well done point made??

People don't seriously diagnose themselves on the internet without cause/extensive research afterwards?.. I hope...
Wasn't this all opining to begin with??

I don't mean to sound belligerent if I am coming across as such in this post-idk.

However, It's just an exchange of opinions, and no one here could really super duper tell if someone is Aspie, just based off of one video. People are all different and present differently and have different strengths and weaknesses. She COULD be aspie (and the counter examples provided were definitely interesting), but ultimately it's just opinion, and it is mine personal opinion that she doesn't seem it, but what do I know.
I don't think anyone is "deciding" or "declaring undoubtedly" anything really. No need to get your feathers ruffled (btw- I didn't use a feather analogy to point out BirdinFlight, I was just using the expression idiomatically, not to call anyone in particular out, I just meant generally for people in the thread that are reading this).

Also what does n'est pas mean? My webpage is in another language that is not finding results for this french.. and I am unfamiliar with much french. Does it mean "don't know"?

"N'est pas" just means "is not".

I don't like to armchair diagnose anyone online. It's hard to tell based on one video and when she has only talked about being an outcast and bullied and getting overwhelmed with too many people because she doesn't know where to start.

Okay, I finally watched the video, and she is WAY more awkward that all the other people commenting claim, you people just don't know what you're talking about. I'm guessing people missed out on how awkward she talks because they are poor at picking up on intonation themselves. And while she's pretty, there is something about her face which looks a bit odd and might suggest some sort of neurological abnormality, especially those associated with autism. Regarding taking care of physical appearence and vanity, people with autism tend to either not care about their appearence at all OR be extremely vain, though there sense of what looks good may not line about with other people's. Also, the fact she was popular in one middle school, but not another, means it's obvious her popularity is independent of her social ability or some other characteristic about her (she's not currently a middle schooler, btw, she says she's a college student). That might actually be a sign of autism because it shows a lack of flexibility. While there is really nothing that screams AUTISM to me, she's pretty obviously NOT just a regular teenage girl (she does have bipolar, so that's a given, and she isn't even teenaged), and autism is definitely a possibility. Obviously it's impossible to diagnosis her with anything based just on a video she made about herself.
