This type of singling out of another and having them justify themselves will not be tolerated.

Seriously, I am not understanding the
statement. I am referering to 3rd party
feelings, not directed towards any member.
It may come off as such, but that is not
the intent.

Hmmmmm? Fascinating Captain!

In my attempts to not point the finger at anyone, I may have caused some confusion.

Back and forth questions and chat with each other is fine and not what I was refering to.

There were a couple of posts that I felt were questoining Ghosthunter's diagnosis. Then GH's reply reflected same feelings.
I do not think it is appropriate for any member of this board to make anyone else justify themselves.
We get this enough out in the world. One would like to think that there is common understanding of that here and refrain from it.

As for the back and forth friendly questions and chat, please continue.

I don't pass. And I don't really mind that I don't pass. Except that it was drilled into my head at some point that not passing was going to be punished. So I put a lot of effort into trying basically not to be punished, and took each sign that I was not passing as a sign that there was something very wrong with me. But I have no real desire to be able to act like a non-autistic person. Just a desire for people to leave me alone about the fact that I can't.

Please, "not point the finger"? We all know who you were talking to. I am trying to see how Ghosthunter's form of HFA differs from my own. It is not an attempt to invalidate Ghosthunter's diagnosis, he said he doesn't care what diagnosis he has. His frustration appears to come from more that he interprets my questions as ones I have previously asked and doesn't want to repeat himself, than from any ill-feelings he might have inferred from my inquisition into his differences. This is an extension of a PM conversation I was having with Ghosthunter. I experience an unconscious blockage which I find it hard to overcome. Ghosthunter has said he does not. Is this a difference between my upbringing and his own? Circumstances and experiences? Training?
Do not mistake my posts as personal attacks, for they are not. My questions are dispassionate and inquisitive in nature, not of malicious intent. They are less about Ghosthunter, than they are about me.

My biggest apologies Danlo. I am not to sure what to say. I am afraid it is probably due to me getting asked these type of questions by people who wish to dismiss what I answer somehow.

Again I am sorry for mis judging this Danlo.

Are there medically defined subtypes of HFA?

No Sean, there isn't any subtypes. But there are different aspects which different people will or will not have. Noone has all, of course.
Elfman, mate, don't worry about it. I'm not worried about it. I was trying to explain the reasoning behind my questions, and to set your mind at ease about my intentions.

autie, I am far more fluid in my writing than I am in my speech. I often send my boss an e-mail to clarify things I could not say in person. I take a very long time to write things down though. Sometimes One hour for a short letter.
I wish I had e-mails to all my friends because I communcate better online too.

Oh yeah everyone, I have my old job back one day a week at the Spritual - Crystal shop. Woohoo!! And will be getting taught the book orders and stocktaking when I tell her I am ready.

Danlo, thank mate. Oi Oi Oi
