I don't talk much generally but I do have repetitive language when I'm stressed. I will repeat the same few words something like 20 times, really fast. I think rocking will help. Movement helps me.

I hate talking and am quite most of the time.

However, I do have a compulsion to shout things out sometimes, this is much to the amusement of people at my works.

Like for instance the other day I called a woman at my works a "grass" a "snitch" and a "rat". I shouted it out really loud as well. It was because she is all of those things but I was thinking it in my head and then I just had to say it out loud.

I might have to face the consequences of that today as it happened late on Friday afternoon.
