I really feel for those of you who are such frequent toe breakers!
I wouldn't have known either, but I'm the kind of person that reads the entire paper that comes the medicine
It probably depends on the medication whether or not it has the possibility to affect bone density so you could check the paper with all the information on it that should come with your medicine to see if its a possible side effect or not.

^ Ah, the paper that comes with the medicine! Yeah, that's something I sometimes read. 
I know I read the one that came with my two asthma medicines when I first got them but that was years ago, so I had to reread it. Yep, I'm gonna have to make sure I get me some calcium. It's listed as rare (less than 1 in 10 000) but no reason to take chances. Again, thanks for posting that. Now I can do my best to counter it.

greetings all,
i have only broke my pinky toe one time and that was enough! it was funny in a way... i woke up and went to the bathroom, our house is old and the door closes on its own. i was dorked out due to just waking... i kept hearing a flying sound and realized that there was a bird flying around my head! i have a phobia with birds and most flying creatures! i ran for my life, lol, and when i pulled the bathroom door open, well, my toe was under it! ouch!
not sure how many times you can actually break a toe however.
