Do you have to have gastro issues?

Having gastro issues is NOT a symptom of Aspergers thou it can be a comorbid.
I have GERD(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) that I take Pepcid for & had irregular bowl movements my whole life. I started farting aLOT a year ago. My docs have recommended I eat more fiber & take fiber supplements & while I am having more regular bowl movements, they are still pretty irregular at times & I'm still farting aLOT.
