I'm another female that can confirm no to the last item, in case you were wondering.

I look a lot younger than my age and have poor posture, but again I think that's a low confidence/constant tension thing rather than an innate characteristic.

My erection is perfect. As for everything else, it may well be physical symptoms of Dyspraxia, which isn't uncommon with Autism.

it's my belief that autism tends to come with certain physical differences too, which i'll list below:

-slumped shoulders (being hunchback)
-neoteny (appear relatively young for age)
-joint hypermobility (e.g. fingers bend back far/banana thumbs)
-larger skull/brain (head looks unusually large relative to the body)
-upward curving erection??

those are what i can think of from the top of my head at least, do you share any of these traits with me and from what i've seen quite a few other autists? do you know of any that i missed out?

- I don't have a hunchback, however I do slump.
- Yes, I look very young for my age and still get asked for ID sometimes.
- Yes, I am double jointed.
- Yes, I have a very large head and it's a bother to find hats that fit me.
- Unfortunately I have not been blessed with one of those so I don't know.

I have a poor posture.

I have hypermobile feet/hip connections

I've been told numerous times (in an insulting and non-insulting way) that I have a really large head

I think a curved erection is normal.

When I was in my late teens I was told I look like I'm in my mid 20s but I also know I have very youthful skin for my age.

Hmm, I'll bite:

-slumped shoulders (being hunchback)

Hm, my posture isnt very good, but it's not THAT bad. I wouldnt describe it as hunchback.

-neoteny (appear relatively young for age)

I'm freaking 35. People still occasionally question whether I'm over 18. I'm convinced they're all blind as bats. Though I'm also very, very bad at telling someone's age by their appearance, so maybe they're seeing something I"m not.

-joint hypermobility (e.g. fingers bend back far/banana thumbs)

No. Everything hurts.

-larger skull/brain (head looks unusually large relative to the body)

Yyyyep. No point in wearing hats.

-upward curving erection??

I... what? Not something I would have expected as a possibility for going along with autism.
