I never really feel at ease. Even if I look relaxed to other people on the outside, i'm usually anxious and stress out and on the edge on the inside.
A shower can give me some temporary relief. Coffee can help too, as long as I don't overload her with sugar. But it still keeps me awake at night, just in a more relaxed state.
