i try and go out at least once a day for a couple hours. its become a routine for me. if i'm at home longer then a day then i start to get cabin fever. i volunteer once a week so that helps me get out of the house. i don't have a car so i run my errands at the same time which i try and make them all in the same area so i can just bus it somewhere the walk from place to place then bus it home.
