I zone out many times a day and daydream constantly. Sometimes, I even forget where I am or feel like I'm in a dream, like nothing's real. I don't really know what I can do about it. It just happens and I can't seem to control it. So you're not alone. It's quite common for people with Aspergers to zone out. (I think.)
