which band? I'm part to that kind of thing myself...

Nightwish, they're from Europe so you've probably heard of them already.

Heard of them, but not heard them.... *dashes off to fire up aMule*

Check out Lake of Tears, they're rather good. And Moonspell are awesome, but might be a bit gothic for your taste.

But overall, this week has had many good points, many anxiety-ridden points, and other nondescript points. I would say it was slightly above average in rating.

So, I'll give it one thumbs-up.



PS- It rained dogs and pussycats here, too, last night. And we really needed the rain.

I think my week just took a turn for the more interesting. I finally got a appointment to see a doctor about AS, and her son has it too, and it is tomarrow to boot.

Prometheus, that was a quickly scheduled appointment. But then again, mine was scheduled only five days before, so...

I liked some songs from Lake of Tears, but Moonspell is some scary shi*!

Moonspell are quite good. So are Rammstein, Laibach, Wumpscut, Evanessence, Nightwish, Nine Inch Nails and The Sisters Of Mercy.

I agree with most of that list except Evanescence. The Sisters of Mercy and Rammstein rock.

I like Nightwish and Within Temptation.

Almost forgot - add Lacuna Coil to that list. A bit like a heavier version of Evanescence but they don't suck.

True, Lacuna Coil are better than Evanessence. But Skinny Puppy are better.

I haven't heard of most of these bands, all my friends are big techno fans. So I don't get exposed to any Rock. I like Evanescense, but I'm partial to female singers. I'm not really into that scary, creepy sounding, screaming people bands. I'll probably look these bands up tonight. I really like Nightwish, though. I'll probably look for a CD, but I don't think I'll find one in the US.

Listen to Nile, Sepultura, Morbid Angel and Soulfly. They are good.

Depressing music is in the ear of the beholder.... I find Britney Spears etc incredibly depressing.
