It's suppost to be 30 tommorow.
The last few weeks it was too wet for my liking and the temperature had dropped to like 15.
Glad the summer has started back up again.
I agree with you though that sitting in a car is unbearable if your not moving fast.
That's true. Cars can trap heat like ovens. You should try getting out and walking around- I bet you'd feel cooler.

When I went to London over the summer, my mum and I arrived the day before the hottest day ever on record in England. My first thought was "OH s**t!" It is usually hotter in California where I live now than in England. Being on the tube was hell. It was cold and windy in Blackpool though as usual

hehe, this is funny, it's not so hot in portugal as it is in england

I studied in Spain for a semester, and for the months of September and October it was always around 95-97 Fahrenheit (35-36 Celsius). Apparently it usually gets up to 45 Celsius (113 Fahrenheit!) in July. I think I'd die if I lived there in July! Are you in northern Portugal? I was in Seville, which is in southern Spain.
Edit: I see from your profile you're in Lisbon (I visited there one weekend!). Well, that's further north than Seville, but not super north. You guys must be having a cold spell! Or maybe your weather's more temperate because you're so close to the Atlantic Ocean?

I'm in Kent too (actually Beckenham, which is considered Saaaf London) and my neighbour is making a racket as I've just whinged about in another thread which is really adding to the stresso f the hotness and I want to close my pati0o doors to shut out the noise but it's too hot and anywas it makes duck all difference and I',m sitting herear with earslugs in and I'm PISSED OFFFFFFF!! !! !! !!

You should go to the library or someplace where it's air-conditioned (and quiet!). That's what I used to do growing up (we never had air conditioning).

OH LUCKY!! ! lol-here it's been warm, but humid as well. Even the a/c isn't seeming to help-maybe because of the humidity I still feel warm even when it's cold-well, that and lack of air circulation because of the set up of my house
