I think this relates to being either on Full Speed or Stop.I just dont have any inbetween modes,so I am either "comatose" or "very excited".The latter tends to be when I am interested in something, like an interesting debate but I am often accused of being angry???when what I am really feeling is happy to be intellectually engaged.....most of the time I dont feel "emotional" about the topic I am debating,so it's confussing to me to be accused of being angry.

When I actually am nervious(and need to relax) I end up looking comatose( because I am paralyzed with fear.)

I also get "You don't seem to be understanding the importance of the situation."
Well , how would you like me to react? Do you want me to start crying and ringing my hands in despair? Yet, if I think I'm reacting with some sort of emotion then I am talk "Your not paying attention". I can't win either way.

The word "relax" is the worst one in the English language. Whenever I hear it, I want to scream like a maniac. (I don't, obviously.) NTs, hear me out: "WHEN YOU TELL ME TO RELAX, YOU WILL GET THE OPPOSITE RESULT!! !".

So there was a tapping noise in my room this morning at 5am not just any tapping noise an irregular tapping noise so I did the only logical thing which was to yell motherf****r, throw my pillow at the wall and cup my hands over my ears. i had to cancel all my plans for the day because of it.
