Does speaking about you self in 3rd singular make you autist

I don't think speaking to yourself in third person has anything to do with autism. Anyone can do it. It sounds a bit strange though.

Most autistics I have met do not speak of themselves in the third person.

And most folks who speak of themselves in the third person come off as odd, but most are not known to be, nor are likely to be autistics.

So I seriously doubt that that habit is a symptom of autism.

Though I am sure that there is SOME overlap between both minority groups (some autistics probably are also in the minority of folks who talk about themselves in the third person).

It's called Illeism and I don't believe it to be an uniquely autistic trait , I don't think the Hulk is autistic?
