Incompetence, injustice, unfairness.

Obnoxiously loud people. Obnoxiously arrogant people. Obnoxious people in general.

Slow internet
People making grammatical mistakes
Something I want being unavaliable

I'm slowly getting better with these, especially since they upped my antidepressants, but it's still a struggle not to fly into a rage over them.

My trigger is frustration from not being able to get a job or being treated like a criminal or fraudster, or ignorant people telling me i'm doing wrong or saying wrong things or being impolite and rude. I bottle it up and expel it in the most undestructive way possible. In the past i used rage to fuel my gambling addiction spending loads of money without thinking about the consequences that I now face.

Lately it's realising how people have bullied me or done me wrong and I was vulnerable enough to allow it.

Things not going the way I would like or need. MANY things going so wrong at once - It's like a nightmare.

- Noise, especially misophonia things like mouth/eating noises and loud, constant or repetitious noises. Also noises which reflect inconsiderate people - yelling, music playing late at night, banging, etc.
- Relatives
- Frustration and lack of ability to communicate verbally leading to huge mistakes and misunderstandings, especially if these cost me money which they often do
- People watching me, spying or snooping on me, keeping tabs on me, staring at me for no reason
- Invasions into my privacy of any kind
