are there any IQ studies that've been done on aspies?

Aspies are good at some things. Neurotypicals are good at other things.

Maybe some Aspies have superior skills, and can do great things. There are neurotypicals like that, too.

yes i'm aware of that, it goes without saying really.
what i'm interested in is averages. there will always be variation within groups but there are also usually differences between their averages and their tendencies towards certain behaviours etc.

Why are people going to research a diagnois that by May 2018 will not be recognized by the two main diagnostic manuals?
