I'd actually prefer that he get banned from eBay.

And maybe a hernia or something...

Unless he's already got a hernia and that's why he's such an a**hole and takes his misery out on hapless eBay victims to console himself and pass the lonely, painful, inordinately boring time...

I would prefer the next thing I hear about this, is that the seller was terminated from eBay and that all you have to say to him then, if he sends you another annoying long ass e-mail going on about being terminated from eBay or threatening to have you terminated from eBay, is "f**k you, a**hole" and the clank sound of a phone being slammed down on the hook.

/me is now awaiting additional eBay customer support response, because they can't read.

I told them he sent his last message through the eBay system to my email. And they wrote back something along the lines of "We're sorry. But since it is through email and not through eBay, we merely suggest that you block his email address." And then I quickly wrote back with something along the lines of "I wrote in my last email that it WAS through eBay's system, and thus falls under eBay's jurisdiction. What can be done???"

Argh. Idiots. Thanks for taking enough time to read my emails carefully! (I really don't think eBay gives a shite, honestly. Why can't they just say so?!)

Now waiting to hear back... again...
