How do you feel most of the time?

I'm dealing with some pretty bad depression, so I feel tired, irritable, or a dull sense of unhappiness most of the time. I feel emotionally numbed most of the time, like I can't feel a lot in the way of emotions, because of the depression.

I feel with my hands most of the time.

I'm often very miserable. There are times where I am relaxed and happy but most of the time I'm just annoyed, miserable, angry and sad.

Like the name of this website, I mostly feel like I'm on the "wrong planet." However, I try to be a good sport about it and do the best I can (which generally works except in social situations.) I feel lonely a lot, especially since my husband died, but lonely is better than what happens when I try to "fit in" which usually results in a comedy/tragedy/horror show of errors.

Normally I'm not happy or sad. Right now I'm neither.
I'm only happy if something excites me or makes me feel good, and only sad if something upsets me - and I can be upset for days.

Bored. I feel bored a lot. Always trying to find small ways to entertain myself. Sometimes disorientated and derealisation or depersonalisation. Tired and irritable as of late, with random bursts of content or happiness.

I'm in a good mood most of the time. I do have my moments, but I'm mostly in a good mood.
