I enjoy it very much. The last time I went camping was in 2001 before the 9-11 attack on the twin towers in NYC.

I have camped many years ago on some occasions - on bicycle trips, art courses and so. I love it - and I´m a little in love with bushcraft as well and have, over the years, managed to collect me some good gear, so I suppose, I´ll be going this summer - but the thought of sleeping alone in the forest.....brrrrrr!

I've only been camping twice. The first time was in late June about five years ago and it was a really good experience. The weather was great and the campsite was pretty nice. We were staying by the coast and the local area was very pleasant. The second time was just over a year later in October when the weather was not so great. On the first night we got to the campsite, there was an intense thunderstorm which triggered a meltdown as I have had major sensory issues with thunderstorms for my life. I had to stay in the car with the hood of my coat pulled over my head while covering my ears with my hands to block out the noise as much as I could. Not exactly an ideal start! Luckily, the weather during the rest of my stay wasn't quite so bad and I was able to relax and enjoy exploring the small town near our campsite. I would like to go camping again at some point.

I also like travelling in general. I really need to see more of the UK as there are huge swathes of the country that I've never visited. I'd also like to see more of Europe particularly Germany and the Scandinavian countries. Going back to the US is also an option. I'd love to do a tour of New England in particular.
