The term "broken brain" might be somewhat appropriate if one is talking about CTE (the aftermath of repeated concussions) but, for Asperger's, "differently wired" is a better term.

If only the title of the series weren't so negative, what he is saying would be so good. On a few episodes I have managed to put aside my thoughts of the title and listen to what he is saying. If I can do that, it isn't bad. But the title is so negative.

I can't find the series you guys are talking about. Can somebody link it? I tried searching on youtube and dont know which one you're talking about.

From watching trailer i cannot tell that they meant to offend people with autism i think you missing the point, its not only about autism as far as i understand other acquired disorders as well.

I don't think they meant to insult anyone. But I do think the title is insulting, whether they meant it or not.
