This is very astute. Good observation.
I was an early talker (full words by age 1), but I couldn't properly talk about my fear until age 4. Because of my alexithymia and my family's lack of understanding (and later, shaming). I just used the chandelier as a bad/scary character in the rambling stories I made up.
