I NEVER drink coffee or tea but I sometimes take a caffeine pill called Vivarin in order to help me wake up. I mostly take it on days when I didn't get enough sleep & need to do something that involves going out like waking up early/earlier to go shopping. The Vivarin helps me wake up some & I don't notice any real other effects. However I took two 1ce & it made me hyper & shaky. I have a tremor disorder that some meds can aggravate including Wellbutrin/Bupropion which I take & has some stimulant effects so I think I need to avoid prescribed stimulants. i ended up taking a Klonopin to counter the affect of taking two Vivarin.

I don't drink coffee or tea because I'm a bit wired and energetic already. I don't feel tired even if I didn't sleep well. I don't know what I'll do with more energy. Now if you guys say coffee may actually relax me I might be interested. :D

That's called addiction, dude :P But I'm right there with you.

I'm a coffee snob though. I don't drink gas station/restaurant "gut rot" coffee which is mainly comprised of robusta rather than arabica beans. That stuff can give me a headache. Starbucks is gross as well.

Yeah, that stuff is gross.
