So does that mean there are no intelligent or unintelligent people?

Most intelligence tests are just limited to logical thinking and recognizing relations. For this they aren't totally wrong. But the problems that you have to solve in real life aren't limited to this and you shouldn't become arrogant once you are better at this test than other people.

Judging by online tests I'm all over the place . On the nonverbal tests I average about 72(3rd percentile) but on three 50 question sample Wonderlic like tests I averaged 44(99th percentile).
I am probably one of the most impractical persons you could ever meet. I rely on my stepdaughter a lot when it comes to practical tasks . I also get help from a care agency. According to my psych notes that help is to allow me to continue living independently in my home.

I've scored, on various tests, from mentally ret*d range all the way to gifted range. depended a lot on how I felt on test day.

On verbally based tests, I score very well. On performance tests, my score dropped like a rock because of a complete failure on the block design test.
