I use I'd've all the time. I can't say I've ever written it though...

It's very commonly used in speech, but never/rarely in writing.

If I had my way I'd've'd it in dictionarys

(ooh triple contraction! How many contractions can you do?)

Its not actually new, but I brought back the use of the word posolutely to my school.
