Thank you for writing and it helps and means a lot. To describe some of my characteristics and then be met with familiarity rather than scorn is very refreshing. Any discussions prior to this I've had with my parents or manager (they've brought it up, not me!) has tended to be concluded by telling me I need to "grow up" or "be more respectful" or something along those lines.
