I don't think that you would treat both guys really the same. But even if you would most NT people wouldn't because they feel empathy and because they are into social hierarchies. I already told a bit about empathy.
But the hierarchy thing may become even more a problem. Not even few NTs want to be higher than others in the social hierarchy of apes. People without self esteem and without friends lower themself towards the bottom of the hierarchy. Not even few NTs try to show that they are higher then thoose by bullying and harassment of such people. Humans are just apes and not even few are into a chimp like hierarchy. Because of this you should care about the way that you are.
Btw: Most women care about the social hierarchy even more than men do.

That's a contradiction. If someone didn't have any friends and was unhappy/sad wouldn't people with compassion and empathy treat them well and try and build there self esteem?



Sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to say here. But people don't always form social hierachies. Where they do - say in a workplace - most people are peers apart from managers. Just because bullying happens amongst apes has nothing to do about whether its right or acceptable.
