exactly, but the problem is when you had enough of it and your patience is gone. You keep adding up stuff to the depression and it will just not go away. You feel "heavy" and you can no longer hold your tears or your "guilt".
This is when pills will help, I think.

I find anger is great smasher of guilt, sadness, the depressive emotions. "Anger is an energy" Then you can make room for more pleasurable emotions to slip in. Kinda like terraforming.
