I'd like to use this as an opportunity to encourage anybody that might be working on something that seems impossible for you. You can do it and when you do it will feel awesome! And if you have a similar story about anything I would love to hear it!

Well, I have an EARILY similar thing. As I mentioned here before, I have a kind of HYPERfocus. I am going to have to REALLY fight that, and I am trying. It is great when you are "in the zone", but otherwise, it can be a REAL pain.

Well, I often leave my place for a LONG time, etc.... When I get back, I get into things, often have to get old papers, or old equipment, etc.... Maybe you can see where this is going. Something ALWAYS comes up to eat away more time and sometimes I start really focusing on one thing. The result is that stuff piles up. I NEVER let trash pile up that could attract pests, etc... but other stuff just piles up.(Papers, books, equipment, etc....) A few months ago, I even started hearing POPS, almost like a gun going off. When I checked, you may never guess what I found!

Hidden, within that mess, were BATTERIES! Mostly AA and AAA. They were around for SO long, that they actually started to blow up. No fire or smoke, etc.... But the heat and chemicals did cause a few stains/burns, Luckily I got out all but one, and it was small and not really visible.

Long story short, just about a month ago, I cleaned up almost everything. I also vacuumed everything. I DID get a little robot vacuum cleaner too. It is nice, and surprisingly smart, but it STILL keep seeking out my ONE lazyboy recliner, and it wedges itself under one side of it. Eventually I'm going to have to construct some sort of fence around that lazyboy. 8(
