No, people on the autism spectrum are more likely to be the victim of a crime than the perpetrator, probably even more so in case of low functioning individuals.

Autistic Spectrumers can fall in the cracks of society so to speak, and like any other outcast might be more prone to outburst or violence if not managed properly, being possibly vulnerable to criminal charges or like. It's really more about the pressure of social disenfranchisement and not from the autism or other specific condition per se.
