odd timing
getting mailbox notice
with "epilepsy" in it
right now
because i am
fairly sure
i just had
at least one seizure
(i get
the complex-partial kind
most often
(other kinds
less often)
and i forgot
my meds today
sorry for
the short lines
only way
i seem to be able
to keep from typing
really scrambled)

Migranes last up to 5 days; current one is lasting 10 days at this point. Numbness traveling around inside and outside my body, hypersensitive to light and noise.
Numbness inside is scary - what if my heart stops?
Have the jerking thing as well. When I enlisted in the military they thought it was a seizure d/o. Mine is like my who body gives one shake and then there is some tingling.
The migraine comes without any pain, just distressing numbness sometimes so bad I can't talk or move.
