Supermarkets and changing where items are-not good?!

A bigger issue for me is when the aisles that you're browsing are blocked by several staff members who are filling them up.

It always throws me off when stores rearrange stuff for sure and when they renovate, it makes it harder to find what I came in looking for quickly. I've noticed most of the big stores around here don't move things drastically too often. The most confusing thing for me is if I go to a different location of a store I go to regularly locally, such as a different Target or Aldi location than my usual store and things are kept in different places.
