I'm really glad you managed to sort it out: good luck :) and keep us updated, although you probably won't get instant results. I think it's good not to get your hopes too high and stay calm and positive meanwhile.

I just had my first treatment today. I will have my second one tomorrow. I understand why those who took it compared it to being pecked by a woodpecker.

yup.......... also if the room is slightly darker it may help ....allow yourself time to rest or lie down alittle while after your treatments . considered a sleep mask over my eyes ever when i did it. Congrats on your first treatment !

I am actually being discouraged from resting after my treatments. It’s tough for me because I haven’t been getting full nights of sleep (I keep waking up at 2:00 or 3:00 for whatever the reason is) and I want to rest before I have to go to work.

might tell your TMS doc about the lack of sleep , and my reccomendation to rest afterwards was based on my own experience . It just felt fight to me
, i did not ask anyone to do it , but did tell the Tms technician that , i was doing that . And had been reccomended a couple of benedryl 'capsules' to help me get a better nights sleep. It was suggested that i drink lotsa water after the treatment .
