Where is "don't like change?"
Idk if I should pick sensory issues or restricted/repetitive behavior because I feel like they are related. I like routine because it's comforting, I know what to expect. If something changes or I'm going somewhere/doing something new my brain goes crazy. Like if someone invites me to the beach, I'm thinking of what time we are going, how I'm getting there, what to bring, what do I do if this or that happens, etc. I don't want to be hot, to sweat, or get wet, get dirty or get sand on me, stung by a jelly fish, I want contingency plans to mitigate discomfort, the unexpected.

Yay! I thought I was the only one to use this term. I used to be a hikikomori, I've spent the last few years of my life trying not to be.
