I agree it seems like the OP thinks that autistic people are like Specific AI and are onyl exposed to their special interest.

Most of the questions aren't even about pop culture. Pop culture is made up of mainstream music, films, tv shows, Internet memes, etc. Very few questions about that stuff.

What does this have to do with anything. And also autism is alot more than just difficulties with social interaction. That just one part of autism.

I scored 80. I knew almost all of the history and geography ones but was clueless on the pop culture ones because I'm simply uninterested in that.
Honestly I don't think there's much of a correlation, but if anything I'd say more autistics would score higher than not.

My general knowlwdge about things in general is poor, but if it is a technical mechanical type of thing I am ok, or better then average.
So it depeds what is meant by general. Generally it can be extremely poor where other think "How don't you know that? Everyone knows that!"
So it all depends what it is. My speaking vocabulary is limited, and yet I am above average intelligence. I am an odd mix of contrasts I guess.
