Yeah. I would try 100% cotton. Some underwear causes me pain too. The cotton ones seem to work better. I do have one set that isn't cotton and is seamless, that feels nice. I'm not sure what they are, I found them recently. I thought I'd try seamless and ended up liking them.

The seamless underwear is usually "microfiber" which is a form of polyester, but usually less irritating than ordinary polyester. It's worth giving these a try.

Yeah I have little red dots on my legs all the time and sometimes it looks like dry blood and like my skin has cracked. Yeah I was also treated for peripheral neuropathy and I didn’t have it
