Well the eye contact thing was sensory. My psychologist helps me desensitise it through some exercises. Now I can look into people’s eyes for longer. One guy that this guy at this centre just said is I think much better when I'm not looking at someone. Very true.

My other sensory thing is certain sounds like beeping, ringing, clicking, etc. Certain high pitches. It is not pleasant but at the same time I get by. I wouldn't say sensory issue are my main problem.

extreme senses are not needed to be on the autism spectrum,it is not fair to say someone does not have ASD just because they do not have sensory problems,not every person is classic kanners or classic aspergers,but can still have either,it is a spectrum.
