Pretty much all narcissists and Machiavellians deserve blame - they all act similarly to Trump when they get the chance. Once one knows the patterns of their behavior, one begins to see them over and over in others. There are several Youtube psychologists who explain narcissists and Machiavellians really well in many, many videos.
