I think I was kinda stuck between "little professor" and "little philosopher" (to use Tony Atwood's explanation for girls). I have always been very much into informing people of my special interests to the point of being told I was "lecturing" instead of talking to people.

People still tell me to stop "lecturing" others about my interests.

Me. *Chuckle*

I'm a bit of a knucklehead actually.

Well not really. Jack of all trades, is more like it. I don't have the attention span to specialize too deeply in anything.

Me too. The adults at school and camp used to call me "our naturalist" because I always talked about wild animals, and not much else.

I always quizzed people on my interests.

I'm still a "little professor".

I was called a "little absent minded professor". I think that it may have been a back handed compliment.

One of my nicknames at school was "The Professor". I kid you not.
