Oh no!! Say it ain't so!!

I know other serious AS types who by the same symptoms are also part of the same "in" crowd...(we tend to be an eccentric bunch)

So I guess that would make it possible....

Oh yeah...and when I was in High School I was sorta a member of a all-inclusive, non-conformist, everybody welcome no matter how you look, act, smell, etc....clique...

We all sat together at lunch...it was fun and diverse gaggle of kids.

I guess it was more of an anti-clique

Many of us were the sort who would under other circumstances would eat lunch alone...

You know... there's some truth to this. It strikes me as odd, when a manager talked to us as a group and asked for someone to volunteer to be team leader, most eyes seemed to look to me to provide that leadership. Of course, my head would be reeling with, "Hey! You're the people who keep treating me like an outcast, now you want to make me your leader????" ...but that's happened more than once, at more than one workplace.

....interesting.

I'm here to rebel against the in-crowd and stand out for my 'own' strong ways.

Nah, I gave up on that a long time ago. I felt like s**t when I tried only to find out I was still getting the same treatment.
